New shared, reseller, VPS and cloud hosting purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the activation date. Cancel within that window for a full refund of hosting fees paid.
Domain registration fees, SSL certificate fees, and licensed software (such as cPanel add-ons) are non-refundable once issued, since these costs are paid to third-party registries and vendors on activation.
Renewals cancelled within 7 days of the renewal charge are refunded in full. After 7 days, refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the term, minus any domain or license costs already incurred.
Email billing@stratoshosting.in with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for a refund of the current term.
