Stratos Hosting started in 2019 as three engineers who were tired of shared hosting that slowed to a crawl every afternoon. We built the company we wished existed.
Stratos began in a small office in Pune, running eleven client websites off a single leased server. We grew by keeping that server's resources fenced off per customer, instead of packing accounts in until things slowed down — a habit we've kept as we scaled to eight data centers.
Today we host over 42,000 websites for freelancers, agencies, and growing businesses across India and abroad, and every plan we sell still runs on the same principle: your resources are yours, not shared past their limit.
We publish real CPU, RAM and storage limits per plan, and we don't sell more accounts onto a server than it can serve at once.
Everyone on our support team has run a production server themselves. No scripts read back at you.
The price on the page is the renewal price. No teaser-rate-then-triple-on-renewal.
